Netami Tentay Ember,

Our April meeting will be on Thursday, April 16th, 2026, @ Castleton United Methodist Church from 6:00pm to 7:15pm.

This meeting is open to all scouts. This is our Firecrafter Fundamentals Series, where we practice skills required to earn Camper, Woodsman, and Firecrafter. Please Reach out to your fellow scouts in your troops and encourage them to participate.

For those members that are in OA, the WAP chapter will be meeting in the same room following our meeting, so bring your sash.

Firecrafter Midsummer Ritual 2026 - Member (10 Jul 2026)

Please join us for another year of Rituals! Your ember and council need your help to make these events a success! Note that the Midsummer Ritual will be held at at Camp Belzer and Grand Ritual will be at Camp Kikthawenund.

All registrations now have to be verified for current BSA registration & current Safeguarding Youth Training status for adults. There is not a quick way to do that currently. That is why registration closes on July 3rd.

All attendees, regardless of role, must register, check-in upon arrival, and receive a wristband to be worn at all times. There will be a "no food" option for those only coming for part of the events and/or planning to bring their own food. If your dues are not current or the email on file is out of date, you will not be able to register until you contact the Alumni Secretary to correct. We'll be happy to help you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE BSA REGISTRATION AND BRING A BSA HEALTH FORM, PARTS A & B. This is required while you are on property for your safety and for our compliance with BSA short-term camp standards.

After Hill, a checkout station will be available in the dining hall (or another designated location) for members attending Hill only. All youth must sign out with event leadership, and candidates may not leave without explicit permission from leadership. The procedure for this early checkout will be announced during Hill preparation.

This year's theme is TBD. Please join us for a weekend of friendship, leadership and service as we join in competition to determine "WHO IS THE ULTIMATE MASTERCRAFTER?!!!!!" Any and all ranks of Firecrafter are welcome, so please make sure to register and spread the word to your fellow scouts!

Pre-registration and payment is required for this event. Concerns regarding pre-payment may be directed to alumnisecretary@firecrafter.org. Attendees must check-in at the welcome shelter upon arrival for health screening and wristband.
